This guided 4 week - 1:1 experience is for the woman ready to pause, reflect, and begin reclaiming her power with intention and clarity.
Through compassionate coaching and empowering tools, we’ll create space to rewire your inner landscape and begin building new, aligned pathways forward.
This journey is your invitation to return to yourself—and rise with intention.
1:1 - 4 weekly 60 minute private sessions via Zoom.
ReKlaim You - Twice Per Month for 3 Months
Over 3 powerful months, we’ll meet bi-weekly for focused 1:1 coaching sessions designed to support your growth, and empowerment.
Here we will begin to build strategies creating a strong foundation to create and strengthen self-trust and inner clarity.
Break free from past patterns, learning tools to support your nervous system and rewiring to align with the courageous and vibrant woman you were meant to be.
ReKlaim You - Weekly for 3 Months
Three months. One powerful transformation. 1:1 weekly personalized sessions to identify areas of resistance, develop strategies to align with your goals and aspirations and your higher self.
We’ll meet weekly for focused, empowering sessions where you'll gain clarity, shift old patterns, and take bold, aligned action. This is your space to grow, rise, and reconnect with the power that’s always been within you.
